Yes! Our warranty covers manufacturing defects for 100 days from the date the package is delivered. This means if there’s an issue with craftsmanship, we’ve got you covered!

While we take pride in the quality of our jewelry, the warranty does not cover:

Lost items

Wear and tear (including scratches)

Improper use or storage

Third-party modifications or repairs

Please contact us immediately at help@shemisli.com with a photo of the defect. We’ll guide you through the next steps and initiate the repair process if it falls under warranty.

If your jewelry is outside of the 100-day warranty, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. There will also be a repair fee based on the complexity of the work. Once repaired, you’ll be charged a standard shipping fee to return the item to you.

Please reach out to help@shemisli.com with photos of the damage. We’ll assess the repair and provide you with a detailed quote.

If the jewelry is within the 100-day warranty period, shipping is on us (free shipping for repairs). For out-of-warranty items, you will need to cover the cost of shipping to return the jewelry to us.

Repair times vary based on the complexity of the work, but typically it takes 7–14 business days from the moment we receive the jewelry to complete the repair.

Unfortunately, we cannot cover repairs for jewelry that has been altered or worked on by third parties. This may void the warranty and affect the quality of the repair.

If your jewelry breaks due to an accident or other reasons outside the warranty, feel free to contact us. We’ll provide a repair quote, and you can decide if you'd like us to proceed with the work.
