I ordered 3 flat back earrings and a pair...
I ordered 3 flat back earrings and a pair of hoops. The hoops are great and I've been able to wear them, but all 3 of the flat backs are defective - one bent before I could get it in, one broke, and the other stayed in for a day or two before it fell out and got lost. I wear a lot of push pin earrings and it isn't user error. I've had quality issues with this shop before, but I thought it was a fluke. The seller did offer to send me replacements, but expected me to pay $9 for shipping. They also said I could return them, but I would also need to pay for my own shipping. I think this is terrible customer service, considering this is to replace defective items they sold. It's not like I wanted a refund because I changed my mind.
