This cuff is really tight on my ear even with trying to open it up more to be looser.

Flexible to take it off and on. Pretty next to my other ear rings. Did lose it once. I don't recommend taking asleep with it on cuz it can hurt after laying on it. Pretty comfortable otherwise.
